Target one of the most popular flash games of all time and have the developers make a new version in Silverlight instead.

This is a good tactic but it is a small market segment. But the segment is made up of early adopters which might be willing to advocate for its use. The problem with the technology, even if it is superior, is that it is going up against a network effect already in place with Flash.
