Looks awesome.

Thinner, zippier, better display, better memory, better battery life…

Hey Greg! Long time no hear. Do you have a first edition Kindle? What do you think of it? Personally, I'm completely addicted to mine. I look for every book on the Kindle before buying or buying something in physical form.

Kindle 2 should expand the audience greatly for what I think is an amazing device, just because it doesn't look so dumpy. As somebody with the original though, I'm not sure that there's enough in there for me to upgrade. I haven't run into the capacity limitations on mine and the act of reading seems like that isn't greatly improved between v1 and v2. I guess I'll probably be waiting for Kindle 3 before any upgrade... That's not bad though - plenty of stuff left to read!

I'll be interested when it's flexible.

I don't have one by my mom does. She loves it. I read enough books that this might be a way to cut down on my costs. I will have to run the numbers.

Well flexible paper is coming. That would be even cooler.
