The RS-18 engine has been resurrected and re-purposed to test fuel mixtures for the new Constellation program.

IF NASA is really doesn't have any rocket motors lying around, other than ones left over from Apollo, maybe the guys at Armadillo Aerospace can help them out. They've got an essentialyl home made rocket motor. They started out using peroxide, but now they've switched to a methane bipropellant:
